Tenairis ("we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through tenairis.com and related apps (the "Service"). Contact: privacy@tenairis.com.

• Account data: email, name, authentication identifiers, profile preferences.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store transaction metadata, not full card numbers.
• Inputs & Outputs: prompts, uploaded media, generated assets, and related metadata.
• Usage data: logs, device identifiers, IP, browser, timestamps, feature usage, credit consumption.
• Cookies & similar: session, security, and limited analytics cookies.

• Contract: to provide the Service, accounts, generations, billing, and support.
• Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, improve features, and run aggregated analytics.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and lawful requests.
• Consent: for marketing emails and any non-essential cookies, where applicable.

We share data only with vetted processors acting on our instructions, including: hosting and database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), AI model providers used to generate Outputs, email delivery, and analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, or safety.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the EEA, UK, and US. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid transfer mechanisms.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generated content and logs may be retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes after account closure.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege principles. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to privacy@tenairis.com. We may verify your identity before acting and may decline requests where law permits. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Inputs you submit are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate Outputs for you. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train foundation models. Providers may apply their own safety filters and may temporarily retain data to detect abuse.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use means acceptance.
