Acceptable Use Policy

You may not generate, upload, store, transmit, or share content that:

• sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate ban and reporting;
• depicts real persons in sexual, intimate, or compromising contexts without their verifiable consent (non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake porn);
• impersonates a real person or brand to defraud, defame, harass, or mislead;
• incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups;
• facilitates illegal activity, including drugs, weapons, malware, fraud, or evasion of sanctions;
• infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy, or publicity rights;
• contains malware, exploits, or attempts to compromise the Service or other users.

• scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract model weights or training data;
• automation, bots, scripted access, or any non-human usage outside our official API;
• sharing accounts, reselling credits, or providing the Service to third parties without our written consent;
• circumventing rate limits, safety filters, payment, or access controls;
• using the Service to build a competing product;
• any activity that degrades performance for other users or the Service.

You must have all necessary rights and consents for any real person, voice, brand, or likeness you submit or generate. You are solely liable for any misuse. We may remove content and suspend accounts on suspicion of misuse without prior notice.

To report abuse, IP infringement, or illegal content, email abuse@tenairis.com with details and links. We respond to valid notices and may forward them to authorities.

We may, at any time and without notice: review activity for compliance; remove or restrict access to content; pause unlimited features for manual review; suspend or terminate accounts; forfeit credits; and recover damages and costs. Actions taken under this Policy do not entitle you to a refund.

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
